     Bullet Proof Crank Hub
The Bullet Proof crank hub is for all large six cylinder engines. The crank nut unscrewing itself is not the only cause for crank shaft failure. The second cause is the crank hub itself. The stock crank hub on your car is made of steel which has the same integrity as a butter knife and is not heat treatable. Upon torquing the nut, the hub goes barrel shaped, contacting the shaft at only the front and rear and can eventually spot weld itself, thus trading metal. This cracks the hub and tears up the keyway leading to disaster. Our crank hub is made from a heat treated steel that is six times stronger than the stock hub. It is bulletproof.


     Cam Gear Degreeing
We can alter your own cam gear, which can be returned the next day air for minimum down time. This procedure is for M motors only. We advocate the advancing for the exhaust cam gear, which increases the low end, and mid range torque tremendously without degrading the top end power. Under testing this application was shown to be more effective in realistic driving conditions. The Euro cam gear can be reverted to stock cam timing or degreed to whatever spec needed in case of individual cam timing requirements.

     Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines
DOT approved stainless steel brake lines improve brake performance and wll outlast traditional brake lines by many years.


     High Performance Suspension Bushings
We carry high performance suspension bushings for 82 and on five series and 83 and on six series. If you are experiencing a shake in the front end, around 47 MPH, either on light braking or on sweeping corners, you may have a defiency in your lower support arm bushings. This shake is felt in the steering wheel. First, have your tires checked for balance and your rotors checked for warpage. If both check out, the lower support arm bushings are the culprit. There is a design flaw in the stock bushing which under breaking suffers the entire weight of the car as it is shoved against half a rubber bushing. The cracks in the rubber are often visible. Our comfort bushings are a direct replacement bushing in which consist of a steel sleeve with high-density rubber insert and nylon reinforcement. They are sturdy enough to stop the shake and tighten the ride without telegraphing road noise. They come with a complete set of instructions and should take an hour and a half to install, which includes checking the toe.
